Supply Chain Data Analytics Startup Lexi Solution AB Names Software Industry Veteran Göran Felldin as Executive Chairman and Thanks Hendrik Trepp for Three Outstanding Years as Chairman
Stockholm, 2nd July 2019 – Supply chain data analytics SaaS provider Lexi Solution AB today announced that its Board of Directors has elected Göran Felldin as Executive Chairman, accepting the gavel from outgoing Chairman Hendrik Trepp after three years leading Lexi’s Board of Directors.
Felldin was one of the four founders of Intentia in 1983, an early Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software company that went on to be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1996 and later to become one of the five biggest ERP companies in the world before eventually becoming part of Infor Global Solutions. During his tenure with Intentia, Felldin built up the Asia-Pacific market for five years from a base in Malaysia, where Lexi also has its Data Operations Center.
In accepting his election as chairman, Felldin stated, “I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to join Lexi at this point in its growth trajectory as we’re poised for global expansion. Peter Röing, CTO & Founder, took the opportunity at the AGM also to thank Hendrik Trepp for three years of steady-handed strategic leadership as Chairman of Lexi since 2016. “Hendrik helped tremendously during the past few years in a critical phase of Lexi’s development, as we transformed the company from more of a supply chain management and procurement consultancy to truly become an enterprise software company, a leader in enabling data-driven procurement for our global OEM customers. We are extremely grateful to Hendrik and very pleased that he will remain on our Board.”

In addition to Göran Felldin’s appointment at Chairman at Lexi’s AGM on 27th June 2019, Lexi is also pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Sperens as a member of Lexi’s Board of Directors. Göran Felldin commented, “As a senior executive in the ICT division of the Research Institutes of Sweden (RISE), Jenny brings to Lexi broad expertise in the field in digitalization of Information & Communications Technologies and a deep technical background with multiple degrees from leading universities in Sweden and California.
